3 on 3 Basketball Tournament
June 26th and 27th, 2004

Teaming Up to Stop Violence!

Please join us for our 3nd annual two-day Tourney & Festival to benefit Safe Horizons. This tournament provides a way for all segments of our communities to come together and proclaim that "Domestic Violence and other types of violence are not acceptable in our community" and to bring society's "dirty little secret" of domestic violence into the light in the effort to stop the violence.

The 3 on 3 Basketball Tournament will take place June 26th and 27th, 2004 in the outstanding facilities of the Corry Area High School.

Download the Team Registration Form in .pdf format (34k) and mail, along with your check for $60 (nonrefundable registration fee). **Please note this does not have to be turned in until June 23rd instead of May 28th like the registration form says.**
