Rules and Regulations
1. Boys & girls divisions through age 13 will play to 12 points or 25 minutes.
2. Boys & girls age 14 & older will play to 16, win by 2 or 25 minutes, whichever comes first.
3. If a game ends in a tie, a 3 minute sudden victory will be played, a coin toss determines possession.
4. The ball must be passed in to begin play.
5. The ball will change hands after each score.
6. Play will start from beyond the two-point line with any change of possession.
7. Substitution is permitted on deadball situations.
8. Players will call their own fouls.
9. Free throws will be shot on shooting fouls. One free throw for one-point shots and two for two-point shots. If free throw is made, than ball goes to the other team, if missed, the ball is live. The court monitor has the authority to eject any player for calling "phantom fouls."
10. One, one-minute time-out per team will be permitted; time-out will stop the 25 minute game clock.
11. Flagrant fouls, hanging on the rim, misconduct, rough play, abusive language or use of unregistered players may result in forfeiture and dismissal from the tournament.
12. Games will be played rain or shine.

A Wheelchair division will include both child and adult categories.
